A portrait of Syndicate No. 03. Eight months into my position at Speakeasy Ales & Lagers and this is probably my favorite product promo photo. It’s a delicious beer. I published all the PR material today. The beer is a blend of seven different strong ales that have been aged in bourbon barrels from 13 to 37 months.
I’ve been taking a lot of time to stage shots and it’s been fun. This is the first time I’ve been able to incorporate the Shhh… neon sign in our Tap Room, which is a great spot to shoot. First and foremost, it’s dark, which allows me to control the light. Secondly, the character of the space, repurposed wood, rusty metal, vintage furniture and objects, compliment the Speakeasy brand extremely well, by design of course.
