I was recently asked by the Food Craft Institute to teach a two-hour session during their Business of Beer Master Course. It’s a five-week program designed for people who are interested in starting a beer business. I’ll be leading a Q&A focused on the importance of brewer’s guilds, their role in the industry, and how they’re structured, with a little history on the side. Although the course is relatively new, I’ve already met a few successful graduates, and look forward to helping others as they pursue this complicated industry.
